We offer a 3 story town home in West Dover, Vermont on Mt. Snow, within 2 miles of the Ski Lifts, right on the Mountain, within 1 mile to the Golf Course. We are on the Moover route, in which a transport van takes you to the lifts, and the Moover schedule is every 1/2 hour in the winter and each hour during summer months. Our home has a unique configuration for a Town home, which you can see from the floor plans above.
It is an end unit, so it has added space and added space on the grounds for your vacation benefit. Privacy yet within a Planned Community. It is now ready for the fall/winter season with linens on all beds, pillows, bath towels, flatware, dishes, coffee maker, oven, range, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher.
The Home layout is as follows:
First floor:
Front, covered raised porch, entry room which allows you to store ski equipment, etc. Hallway, with ample storage for coats. Regular Bedroom with twin bed, Master bedroom with Queen bed. There is a cable connected television in Master Bedroom. Washer and Dryer has Washer Machine soap for renter use. 2 full bathrooms on this floor - 1 with a tub bath and 1 with an enlarged stall shower. Both bathrooms have hand soap and stocked toilet paper. Washer and dryer as well on first floor.
Second Floor:
Kitchen with basics for cooking. Dinette with Dining Room table, Living Room/Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling, a Center Fireplace and a 8' sliding door from great room to 2nd story deck, to allow for private dining outside, etc. Deck size is over 150 square feet in size. Our home also has a first floor front porch.
Third Floor:
Loft with 2 twin beds, and a skylight

Home has individual thermostatically controlled heat throughout home. Separate hot water heater. Ample parking. Snow removal is provided by the Association.

Kitchen has Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Microwave, Pots, Pans, Flatware, Dishes, Mugs, Glassware and Utensils.
Each guest should bring items such as Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic bags, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc.
All garbage should be removed and emptied daily in roll off at corner of community. All food should be removed from refrigerator at end of stay.
Let us know. We want your stay to be enjoyable. This is a 25 year old 3 story town home. We have plenty of hot water, full size washer and dryer,
and everything as listed above and below. Plan on a relaxing trip. Leafers, Winter Sport Enthusiasts, Golfers, Skiiers, Those who like to go out to eat and a variety of restaurants, from Family Style casual to upper scale formal dining. Mt. Snow, West Dover and Wilmington has what you need. Plan to stop and relax, while enjoying the scenery.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday (Arrive 12noon Monday and Depart by 3pm Thursday): $ 550.00* (3 EVES/4 DAYS)
Monday Thru Monday (Arrive 12noon Monday- Depart 12noon Monday): $ 1050.00* (7 EVES/8 DAYS)
Holiday Periods - Rates will be Higher-Call us! If the dates you requires are not as listed above, we can quote you a rate based upon your needs.
We request a Mastercard or VISA on file to guarantee any breakage, or you can prepay a refundable $ 200 Security Deposit.
We request you sign a simple agreement for your short term stay in our home.
We will mail or Fed X you keys for your stay.
We ask you return keys to us via a drop box system we have in our home.
When you are ready to leave. You can place key in lock box and our representative will collect same. Call us when you arrive and leave.
We offer additional discounts for multiple stays. We also offer Welcome baskets for those looking for a get-away vacation.
